My boyfriend and his friend went there yesterday during the storm 12/2/25 around 8pmish to get food. The teenagers working looked right at them and just went into the back without anything. Then when they left, they watched them leave. They need to be fired. Sorry you need to work during a snow storm. But there are more people out there that are needing to be out during the actual storm to clean up and save lives. Grow up and do your job or leave it.

They switch up their menu to much and it’s a scattered mess trying to find what you want on it they got rid of their sweet and sour sauce and switched it with a sweet chile sauce

My classic single with cheese had a rock hard bun, and a tiny dry burger that looked like it was supposed to be on a jr. burger. The asiago ranch chicken was also dry, and had little ranch sauce. Visit was on 9/28/25 around 4:30 PM. Paid well over $20 for a crap meal.
I love Wendy's, but would strongly suggest skipping this one.

Absolute worst fast food experience and service ever. I will never go to this Wendy’s again. Paid $26 and I got a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato, and condiments. I ordered a plain cheeseburger. We also got cold fries and my vanilla shake was warm and seemed melted right when I got it. Do not waist your money at this place. They do not listen to what you order.

There's one woman who works here who's super nice, but the rest are just miserable and seem like they are one order away from painting the inside of the store with a Mossberg paintbrush.
Very unfriendly staff, aside from that one lady.

I never write reviews but I feel like I need to leave one here. Don’t get me wrong. They are always good with orders and getting them right. The food is always hot.. but let me just say that there’s not an OUNCE of personality at this place. I’ve came here multiple times and it’s reoccurring. Not one “hello” not one “how are you?” NOTHING. I thanked three people while I was there today and got blank stares out of all three. I don’t know if it’s against the rules to speak to customers but if that’s the case I take back what I said.

I will never step foot in the Milford NH Wendy's again! We stopped in for a quick bite to eat .. not really busy the time we showed up.. Went to the counter and immediately someone barked at us to use the kiosk as they weren't taking orders.. glancing into the kitchen, the floors were disgusting with food and debris all over! Once we received our cups to use at the drink machine, It was a sticky mess with dried soda everywhere including the floor! The drink options were another problem , most all of them were out! When I finally chose one that was acceptable, I ended up with something completely different than what I chose! The condiment station was out of everything most importantly Ketchup!!!Food comes and it was just okay... since the kiosk doesn't allow you to customize your burger, I ended up with gobs of mayo and a pile of onions both of which I can't stand!!! The fries were cold and dry!! Never again! I would think that the board of health would want to know about what's going on there 🤔
Food always good. Fast drive thru mid morning. Prices reasonable. And friendly people.

I've been complaining to people that fast food isn't fast for a while. I'm glad to learn that here, at least, it still is.
My food came quickly and it tasted exactly like what I would want from a Wendy's. It was my best fast food experience in the last 10 years or so.

Went thru drive thru, cold asiago chix sandwich and under cooked fries.. just vanilla frosty.
