Let me just say, I love DD and was extremely excited to hear we were getting one in Milton, NH. However, my daughter used to work there and for some reason the (at the time) assistant manager told her he screws up my coffee intentionally! I do not think your location understands the point of order on the go. First, I see no reason why it mattered which window you handed me my food through. Second, the order should have been ready yet you didn't start it until I got there and told you my name which defeats the purpose of ordering on the go through the app. I was blown away that I had to walk out of the store get in my car for you to pass me the food.
