“I’ve been meaning to get here for years and FINALLY did today! My husband had a NE Hazy IPA that was great! (forget what it’s called) He said his appetizer, cheese dip with tortilla chips, was very good. My garden salad with tri tip steak was so delicious! The salad veggies were fresh and balsamic vinegrette was tangy and tasty, the steak marinade was really yummy, and the steak was cooked as I requested. Met the owner and chatted with him for a bit. A great addition to the downtown Nashua scene!“

“Great expanse at the Rambling house! Food and drinks, were great. We were able to spend a beautiful afternoon on the outside terrace overlooking the river. Our waiter Andrew was great always very attentive, polite. Andrew spent some time with us talking about the origins of the restaurant, wonderful September afternoon. Thank you, Andrew.“

“My husband & I stopped there tonight, before going to a show. I do not drink alcohol, but husband wanted a beer. I asked if there was coffee, the very nice young man said he thought they did not, but would check. Came back to tell me they were brewing a new pot, for me. Amazing customer service! “Such a great brewery! Quiant, down to Earth, but still modern and fun, there was the main area, pub tables, bar, and a couch sitting area with a dart board. I was super impressed with how fresh and high quality the beers were, also with the variety (something for everyone). My favorites were the Lady of the Lake and Gemütlich, and I'm super excited for the fall pumpkin brew to come out. The owner was also super helpful and kind, explaining the stories of every beer and giving a good idea of how they tasted before buying them. 100% would recommend to anyone who is considering, and will definitely be back. It also felt nice supporting local high-quality breweries.“

“Absolutely top tier beer ? and delicious food the staff are great people too always welcoming wether you're a regular or new to the establishment. The bar isn't big but it never feels crowded with the kind of people that gather here. I highly recommend going here and trying the door and beer my favorite on the menu right now is the Peach Papa, and the PuPu platter nachos, and beach pizza, these are not always on the menu but everything I have tried so far has been great and I will definitely be coming back.“

“First time at 603. I went with my kids and we had a blast. Definitely a beer hall vibe with long tables plus a good view to the brewing area. A good number of tvs showing various games. Place was very busy but the again it was a Saturday!

I tried the beer hall bock. It was good.

Kids had a couple burgers (603 and General) and we went for the Nachos. The burgers were smash burgers and also very good...

I should also note the process of ordering at the counter for beers and food with food then being delivered to your table number. Counter staff was awesome and food delivery was super fast“

“Just had an anniversary party here tonight and by far the best customer service I have ever received for throwing a party. Both the staff there tonight not only helped us hang decorations, but helped us set up sternos for the food caterers. They weren't just bartenders but were literally bussing tables, making sure the music stayed good and constantly checked on everyone to make sure things ran smooth. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to throw any type of event/party.“
