Quick service, great icecream! I highly recommend a waffle bowl with any special/seasonal icecreams they have on a given day.
Not sure why most of the comment complaining about the staff, on my today's visit, both girls were super friendly and nice, strawberry cheesecake was really delicious.
Amazing. Haywards ice cream has been such a big part of my visits to Nashua since I was young. It is hands up the best ice cream I have ever had. Every flavor I have gotten there has been just as spectacular if not even better than the last. My family comes to visit here from all over the country and every time we come together and get Haywards ice cream. We love it. Thank you Haywards. Phenomenal.

Delicious ice cream
I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and received mocha. Brought it back to the counter after two sips, and was told I was wrong by the kid at the counter, who didn't replace it. I buy chocolate milkshakes here frequently. I know the difference. Not OK customer service at all. I might think twice, next time, when I have an ice cream craving.
Everything was great, except for the clerk speaking too low. My husband is hard of hearing and had to ask her to repeat everything. I had a hard time hearing her too.
Really like the ice cream.

Ice cream was super creamy, but didn’t really have much flavor. It was very disappointing for how much I spent on it. If their ice cream had more flavor then I would have enjoyed it a lot more. It was extremely generic and wasn’t worth $10 for a regular blast. I doubt I will return since I can get better ice cream for less.

Fast & good rewards program
I loved the variety of flavors here. Recently tried chocolate coffee flavor and cannot wait to go back already. Very warm and kind staff and owners. Highly recommend this place.
The scooper (Pamela) was so nice, friendly and helpful. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the ice cream and other details. She helped make our experience enjoyable. Bruster's ice cream is the best we've had - so creamy and yummy!
