Yesterday I had to call regarding uncooked chicken that I got in my order. The lady I spoke with on the phone was actually incredibly nice, and helpful. I called in to let them know about the uncooked chicken I received. On the phone she even told me she was sick of the fact that this keeps happening to people! So clearly it’s an issue… She then asked me if I wanted to proceed with a refund or a replacement. I said I wasn’t interested in a replacement since I got food poisoning...read full review
