“I have been here a bunch of times. Cookies are really good but really sweet so most people (like myself) can't have more than a few bites at a time. I think the creativity of the cookies switching up each week is cool along with them having a wide selection like the cakes, ice cream, and the warm and cold cookies. The smell in the shop as well is nice with a cookie smell. The cookies are almost always warm when we get them. If you have the app, you get rewards as well which is nice. I think the only reason why it is a 4 star and not 5 is because some of the cookies taste the same and way to sweet for the average human.“

They keep the atmosphere relaxed and un-rushed, patiently explaining the flavors, offering samples, and helping with choices. I've had ice-cream at many of New England's finest, and Bruster's is my all-time favorite. Their ice-cream is super creamy, bursting with flavor, and so true to the flavors in their ice-cream names.“
