My rating is 1 because our take out order was incorrect. I called to discuss the issue. The hostess said there was nothing she could do. She did not acknowledge the mistakes. She refused to allow me to speak to her supervisor and said she would not give me his name, per his instructions, so I could give feedback and resolve the issue.

I'm housesitting in Hollis this week. After reading all of the reviews raving about the hot 'n sour soup, I tried it a few days ago. The absolute, hands down best hot 'n soup I've ever had!! Came back today for more and will stop by again on my way out of town in a couple of days!
