This place is wonderful for relaxing and hanging out with friends in an alcohol free environment. Everyone here is warm and friendly and treats you like family. The kava drinks are delicious and unique. The decorations are calming and have a charming South Pacific Island vibe. Activities like karaoke and trivia are offered on some nights of the week. I would highly recommend Root Awakening Kava Bar!

We are Florida kava bar folks and stopped in while on vacation. We met the owner who couldn't have been nicer to me and my wife. Brought our two kids in even, for a few minutes. The atmosphere was great. Being an avid kava consumer, the kava was OK. Wasn't the best, but respectable and I'd drink it again. The kratom tea was very weak, unfortunately.
