“We continue to go often. The food and staff are great. This is not a fancy date night place, but it checks off the boxes when it comes to good home style food. They should bottle and sell their marinara, we love it. We are very fond of their pizza. Extra cheese and mushroom is the current favorite.“

My favorite pizza Pete makes is pepperoni pineapple and bacon on the top so it's crispy! N u never gotta order extra cheese cause Pete don't skimp on the cheese! This pizza is a little pricey but well worth it for the real cheese not the fake oily shit and I only gotta eat two pieces and I'm stuffed so one pizza can feed my family everywhere else gotta get two because there's no toppings!“

“Tavern 27 is such a cosy, inviting tapas spot the Lakes Region and the community is fortunate to be invited back inside following the pandemic and Ray and Leslie’s other life adventures. We recently held an intimate employee appreciation event there, and it could not have been a more perfect experience. The atmosphere was perfect, Leslie curated an excellent menu of from scratch bites, and some members of our team had never been there before but I suspect are already making plans for their next visit. You have to be super patient and not in a rush because Leslie prepares every dish made to order, and they’re also rebuilding staff so things will take time, but if you’re seeking a memorable evening out, and are looking for a rustic casual destination, please go visit them. “Food is good, but portions to price are outrageous on some items. Prime example is the Boom Chicken Bites. 10 dollars for a couple tiny pieces of chicken that could feed a baby or child for a snack. Easily could recreate sauce and buy a whole bag of tenders for slightly higher price and have vastly more chicken.“

“First of all, I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Yesterday (St. Patty's day) I was up shxt creek without a paddle. I was completely out of gas and had lost my card to an ATM in Portsmouth. I was coming back home from VT with my 4 yr old and had 60+ more miles to go to get home with no money whatsoever. I went in and explained my pickle to the man behind the counter, and I asked about trading my license for $20. He agreed without hardly any hesitation!! And I got to keep my lisence. He even gave my toddler a lollipop! I left him with my name and number. Problem is, I never got his name. I plan on sending him his money back, but need his name, please. Or have him text me at that number I gave him.
I would have been sooo screwed yesterday if he hadn't loaned me that gas. I was hours away from anyone that could have helped me. I NEED to pay him back 🙏 🙌“

“Place is awesome for live music and it has plenty of stuff to do inside as well! I’ve been to my fair share of venues and this one is by far one of my new places to go! Right down to the atmosphere, the people and the staff. Food is and I’m gonna be honest 4/5 HOWEVER it’s a solid 4/5 great menu, good selection, and decent price. If you are popping through town this is THE place to be hands down. Don’t even think about it. Just go! thank me later! (or don’t…your loss)“
