The Millstone is a restaurant which has the earmarks of a fine Boston or NYCity restaurant! And right here in the heart of New London, NH. Years ago, it was the Players Tavern. And to this day, it continues to be a special place!
The Millstone have the best drinks & food is a bonus. I hate a restaurant that measures. This one does not. Personality is as important..love me some Deb & Jaime.
We celebrated my wife's birthday at a high top in the bar area. There was a nice group of local residents at the bar that offered a festive atmosphere. Our server, Jenny, was terrific. She has a friendly personality. The shrimp appetizer was delicious and plentiful. I had the spare ribs and my wife ordered the strip steak. Both were excellent.
