Donuts near Newfields

“I have been to this location quite a few times, and nearly all of them I have used the drive thru. When I have gone through here, I have always had something wrong with my order. My usual order is two blue raspberry energy punches with two plain bagels, one for myself and one for my sister. These items are fairly hard to mess up. I will order these items, and every time something is wrong. Once I was given two strawberry punches and one bagel. We had to sit in the line for twice as long while they remade the order, and they managed to mess it up again, giving me the correct drinks but an everything bagel instead of a plain bagel. They had to remake it once again before finally getting it right. I understand how they could have heard wrong at the drive thru microphone, but after hearing it in person, I was shocked that they had messed it up again. I expected a quick in and out, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get everything correct. The food itself tasted alright, I have definitely had better, but this was nowhere near the worst.“

“Tasting is believing! Got the rise and grind sandwich after I saw it on Instagram, and honestly the picture could not portray how delicious it was. The rise and grind sandwich was excellent but I look forward to trying other offerings! The coffee is amazing on its own, no need for flavored creams or extra sugar!! “The food and drinks are typical dunkins products, which I love! The service is great, but can be slow in the morning. Understandably so, since there's a huge staffing issue nowadays. They always have a good quantity of donuts! One of the employees also offered to check the back for my donut since the front rack didn't have any.“

“I can't give five stars to Dunkin ' for atmosphere, everything else though the service and the food. If the food is incorrect, they're quick to solve it. That's all you can ask for and the service is second to none. They have a really great crew here. Today they had a particularly busy day and they had a lot of cars pulling in and people waiting in the lobby and the drive-thru. Appreciate their efforts.“
