Worst experience ever at a Dunkin’s.
Waited in drive up 20min for a bacon egg and cheese crescent. 6 young people working. When asked who mgr is was told no mgr. but Asst mgr was Crystal. Ask who the owner is was told I don’t know. Asked who pays you was told I don’t know.
Pitiful at best.
Btw sandwich was burnt and cold.
I will drive 20 miles out of my way rather than go back to this Dunkin.

Baristas are known for their excellent service, with one reviewer having a positive experience with a sweet and attentive barista. The coffee and muffins are as expected from Dunkin', and the staff do their best to manage a crowded shop despite the chaos.
