“Easily one of the best restaurants in Newmarket, but also the whole Seacoast. Their crab Rangoons are like none other, and they have the best Pho I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to find similar executions of these dishes in different states but nothing beats the way Basil Leaf does it. Their curries are always delicious, and full of fresh veggies. I make it a point to come here at least once whenever I’m back home. The service is always amazing, the family that runs this restaurant is so kind and happy to have you every time.“

“An awesome, cozy little spot in Newmarket to grab a bite or see a show. My wife and I have been going there for years now since they started doing Bar Trivia on Wednesday nights. We always looked forward to coming in and getting one of the chicken sandwiches and a beer and doing some triv. It’s always pretty bumping in there at night and the staff are always quick and friendly. We’ve seen a couple of shows there as well and it’s a blast. The upstairs is decked out with couches and chairs to make it a little more intimate. This is one of the coolest spots in the Seacoast area and I’d recommend it to anyone!“

“I've dined at Sophia on Lafayette multiple times, and each time has been a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is inviting and vibrant, and there's a genuine sense of happiness throughout the space that makes you want to linger a little longer. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming, as if you are a guest in someones home. Most recently, I tried their takeout meals to go option, and it was as impressive as dining in. “The location in Stratham, NH, has been my “go to” several times a week since their opening. I live nearby, and can’t help but indulge in the convenience of the location, not only for the great food (top-notch menu and preparation), friendly atmosphere (regular patrons who easily come to feel like family), and a staff that has made me feel like this is my “home away from home”. Special shout out to John, the best, most efficient and attentive bartender that I’ve known in all my years of dining out. And, without a doubt, I must add that Jess is also most delightful in every way. We should have left when we walked in and noticed that one of the waitresses had her shirt rolled up and tucked under like a belly shirt and had booty shorts on as that's very unprofessional. The prices are also extremely high for a breakfast diner. So we ended up paying over 25.00 a person for unedible food that we barely touched. “My family and I come here every Friday. It is close to home and is always delicious! This past Friday our awesome server told us someone paid for our entire meal because our kids were so well behaved. We have 3 girls, a teen, 6yr old and toddler! I could have cried, there are still great people out there!! We will be back on Friday!“
