“Joe’s never disappoints! From a great sub , a fabulous soup or salad or Saint Pats Irish boiled dinner. All are exceptional! Cuts of meat are top notch. Only hamburger I will buy is their fresh sirloin. Sells so quickly they have prepackaged in 5 lbs for easy ordering. See a long line. Don’t be fooled. These people have many people and an efficient staff and that line disappears in minutes! Half my lunches and dinners come from there. Headed to beach for dinner. Ordering burgers done to arrive for friends. How easy is that!”

“Local’s has become one of my favorite places to eat on the seacoast! Wings are amazing, drinks are excellent, beer is cold and the pizza is out of this world. Don’t sleep on the salad because they have some real gems. Philly egg rolls are my favorite app too. The best quality is how friendly they are and it truly is a local vibe. I had my mother’s mercy meal there and everything was done with care and to perfection. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate her life. Definitely check them out sometime, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Local’s for being a wonderful business in so many ways!”

“Love the food. I was disappointed that we were told we couldn’t sit in a booth. She said the booths were All reserved. We had a toddler who does so much better in a booth. I honestly considered walking out. We ate and left and only 2 parties came in and used the booth leaving approximately 95 percent of the booths open.”

The food was GREAT, I got the fisherman’s platter and shared it with my friend and it was still enough for a meal!! If you are ever in Portsmouth you had better come here!! Without Surf Portsmouth New Hampshire couldn’t survive!! Also, it’s smart to get a reservation before going!! We came off the road and they still got us in under 5 minutes!”

“Arriving we were met with friendly smiling hosts. We were offered inside or out but decided we didn’t need to wait for out when we could sit in the lounge which was basically open air (the wall opens onto the deck). Beautiful view of the river and tugs. Our waitress Mikayla (sp?) was super sweet and attentive. We never waited for a drink refill or to order more food. She was knowledgeable about the menu both food and drink. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the fish and chips and we ate our weight in oysters. Ten out of ten recommend ✌🏻❤️”
