“First time here. We saw recommendations for them from phantom gourmet. recommended steak subs so that’s what we tried. we were not disappointed plenty of meat peppers onions mushrooms cheese melt in your mouth delicious huge and i got the smaller size. Will be go back everything on menu looked great. And it’s right down the street.“

“The entire evening was such a wonderful experience! The staff was gracious and attentive. They all seemed happy to be there and happy to be of help. We didn't have a reservation but they got us right in with a smile. The cocktails were delicious and beautiful. The food was exciting and flavorful. Each course was better than the one before. The atmosphere was perfect. Great music, warm staff, excellent food. It was all around a great evening. This is a great local spot. Definitely a must try and we will surely be back!“

“We stopped at Copper Door for a family dinner after a long day at Canobie, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to our server, Jenny, and the manager, Sherry.

Jenny was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We had our two little girls with us after a very full day, and she was incredibly patient, kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet with them. Anyone who has taken tired kids out to dinner knows how much a server like that can completely change the experience for a family. She never made us feel rushed or like the kids were a bother. She was fantastic.

My mother ordered her steak medium rare and unfortunately it came out well done. Things happen, and honestly, it wasn’t something we were terribly upset about. But Jenny immediately apologized and handled it so professionally.

Then Sherry, the manager, came over and absolutely went above and beyond. She was warm, gracious, and immediately made sure everything was taken care of. She removed the steak from our bill and even gave us a gift card for the inconvenience, which we absolutely were not expecting.

Mistakes happen at every restaurant. What really says something about a place is how the staff responds when they do, and both Jenny and Sherry turned a small issue into an incredibly positive experience. Their level of hospitality and customer service was exceptional.

Copper Door is lucky to have them both. We will absolutely be back! ❤“

“Pica’s is our go-to spot!! We cannot say enough good things about Pica’s!! The staff is top tier, they are all super friendly, they make us feel welcome the moment we walk through the door! We attend Music Bingo every Tuesday night, some of our favorite waitresses Rae, Kallie and Ella provide great service, a great atmosphere and create an exciting experience that keeps us coming back each week. The food is always delicious no matter what we order but we do love the burgers, chicken barb sandwiches and especially those cinnamon maple donuts!! We love Pica’s and Music Bingo nights so much that my daughter even comes home from college to attend them with us!! We have noticed that employees even come in on there days off to enjoy a meal at Pica’s because that is just the kind of community feel that Pica’s has!! We love Pica’s!!“

Found them from visiting the Phantom Gourmet. The oven baked wings with a dry rub were great. The star was the homemade meatballs, we cook italian for our families, and meatballs are how we tend to grade a new restaurant! Their meatballs are the best we have ever had outside our home! No nerf balls or hockey pucks here, just perfect! They easily subbed fries at my request with grilled broccoli. Don't hesitate to try this place, we are heading back tomorrow! And they open at 11am, our sweet spot! Can't say enough good things about this place. It takes a lot for me to leave a review!“

Lisa, our server greeted us promptly, and reviewed the drink and dinner specials with us. The drinks were amazing and we ordered the charcuterie plate for the table. So good! Everyone loved their meals, especially the shrimp linguini dinner special. Everything was cooked perfect. Desert was great including a decadent chocolate cake for the birthday celebration.
