Stopped by for lunch with a friend. Enjoyed the sitting area with a beautiful view of tree branches covered with beautiful colored leaves. Even the quick rain shower was fun to watch and hear it hit the large glass windows and ceiling. However my chicken Cobb salad was not that enjoyable. Nice retail shop offering a variety of interesting items. Would consider returning to shop for myself and purchase a gift, perhaps a beverage. The cashier was lovely, but the food is only mediocre at best. Have been here twice and won’t return to purchase prepared food considering the small serving-size, mediocre quality and somewhat steep price when considering the lack of table service.

Every time I visit this place, they have mouth watering food and desserts in the display cases. It motivates me to request an unnecessarily complex food order so I can sample most of it. The friendly staff is always happy to oblige. The dining area is very open and welcoming, with lovely views of walkable Peterborough. It's always a pleasure visiting Twelve Pine!
