Routinely not open when it says they are. Just showed up this morning and no one was there but online ordering was available? Takes 25-30 minutes for online orders to be made. 50/50 if orders are made correctly.

Have gone to this location several times. The staff is very slow and extremely rude. In store wait times for coffee can take up to 15 minutes. Even when there is no one ahead of you the drive through takes what seems like forever.

I come here more often than I should because it’s the only place around, but they’re too busy having rap battles instead of helping, they miss half the order every time, don’t ask for extra bacon on your avocado toast cause you’re only going to get 1 piece of not crumbled bacon slapped on it. Make sure you have them repeat your order as you’ll pay for everything you ordered, but you won’t receive it.

10/10 the WORST Dunkin Donuts in the lakes region.

The most disgusting restrooms that I have ever seen. Felt like I needed to take a shower afterwards. I am still in shock. I honestly don’t know why this place is still open.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’ location. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but the service is consistently unreliable. The store always seems understaffed, and there doesn’t appear to be any clear management.

I’ve been late to work several times despite ordering well in advance, sometimes 15–20 minutes ahead via the app and my food still wasn’t ready. Orders were often wrong (missing items, incorrect cheese, no meat), and on multiple occasions they were out of basic items like most bagels, bacon, and even French vanilla syrup.

Once I arrived and was told they were brewing cold coffee, which would take a while. They swapped out my donuts many times without asking because they had run out. I understand things happen, but this wasn’t occasional. It has become the norm. Staff are unable to assist with mobile orders, which only adds to the frustration.

I take responsibility for continuing to return, hoping things would improve, but I can’t keep relying on a location that’s this inconsistent.

Not my best visit. Mint chocolate chip coffee was not what I thought. It was like sucking on a mint leaf with a hint of chocolate. Gross! I also wanted 2 wraps. There was 1 and some miscellaneous ingredients in the bag. Employee was kind but the food was off today.

My “snakin bacon” can with a lovely side of hair this afternoon! Maybe the works should actually have hair properly tied back and or hair nets if handling food products. My refresher had to be remade because they don’t listen when you order and the just assume, and my 2 wake up wraps came as one! This place needs to get their shit in order, AGAIN! Don’t recommend unless you don’t mind backhanded attitude or crappy service. 👎

It took over 25 minutes for me to get an order through drive thru that I put in through the app over half an hour before I arrived. Management needs to fix staffing and expo ASAP. This isn't my first issue with this location, but it is the worst so far

The state of the woman’s restroom at this Dunkin was egregious. I have never witnessed a toilet as dismal—it looked like layers of sludge had been congealing for the last decade without ever seeing any type of cleaning product. In fact, I think porta potties on the third day of a music festival would be more hygienic. If this is the state of the bathroom, I can only shudder when imagining the condition of the kitchen.

Since this location has got a new manager, the service is declined substantially. The coffee is always burnt. The line is always forever and never ending. This is gotta be one of the worst ran Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I will drive past here and go to either Alton or Chichester. I waited 45 minutes and drive-through, to get my coffee because there’s only one person working? Where is the manager? That’s right he’s never there! I would’ve left if I didn’t already pay through the mobile app.
