Was there around 10am this morning after my second attempt of grabbing a coffee. Went into the lobby this time and witnessed unprofessionalism at its finest. A manager was yelling at an employee about his/her speed as well as threatening to write up staff all in the presence of a lot of customers. This manager needs to be looked at. Ill stick to the dunkins at rapid refill.

Something is very wrong here. The turnover of staff is extremely high because I never see the same people when I stop. They’re friendly but something is making them quit pretty soon after they start working.
Today we stopped and after waiting quite a while at the drive through they couldn’t even make an egg and cheese on an English muffin because they were too short staffed. Only 2 people on a Sunday morning ????!!!!! REALLY?! There was another time they didn’t have cream for the coffee. Then another time I specifically said 3 creams in the coffee and I received what was a coffee with so much cream it tasted like warmed cream and I had to throw it away.
I rarely go there now and make everything at home because they’re so unreliable.

Always a long drive through line, always short of employees for a frozen thawed out doughnut that was frozen at some factory somewhere else. We need krispy kream up here!!

It's only ever like two people at a time who work for the store that are actually really good at their jobs. Whenever they're working things are great. 75% of the time though your food's coming out cold in the center. They're always understaffed really busy and apps usually down

Place has been a joke for months. Can’t get orders correct and staff has not been friendly. Stopped going and decided to try it again and still can’t make food correct

DO NOT GO HERE!! It took 10 mins (with 1 order ahead of me) to get a gross tasting matcha and barely edible everything bagel bites. Baristas openly complained when they had to “guess” due to someone not putting in orders, heard the manager (??) call someone to come help from the back (??) and it sounded like they just laughed at them. ALSO, your drink won’t get made until they make their friend’s drink first (2 people behind me). Inept customer service, crappy drinks/food. AND THE BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTING. Obviously corporate doesn’t care.

I don’t usually post reviews, but this Dunkin’ location has the poorest service I have ever experienced in any business. Examples below: There are two younger men who work at this Dunkin’ who exemplified horrible customer service. They were very rude and unprofessional, they used foul and/or racist language, didn’t serve me for about 15 minutes after I rolled up to the drive-thru window (mind you I was the only customer), and they left their window opened which allowed me to hear the horrible comments they were saying about the woman ordering in line behind me. The boy taking my order was very unprofessional and continuously got my order wrong when repeating it, even after I repeated myself in a clear tone. They were throwing things at each other when I looked into the drive-thru window, and started laughing and swearing when they realized the window was left open. I was not pleased whatsoever with the service here. The food and drinks I have received from here are usually wrong in some way (mostly the drinks), and the restaurant randomly shuts down at different times in the afternoon, even when the hours online say something different. Their latte machine is only in service half of the times I go here, and lattes are one of the ONLY DRINKS I ORDER. Please resolve these issues immediately. Thank you.

Have gone to this location several times. The staff is very slow and extremely rude. In store wait times for coffee can take up to 15 minutes. Even when there is no one ahead of you the drive through takes what seems like forever.

I come here more often than I should because it’s the only place around, but they’re too busy having rap battles instead of helping, they miss half the order every time, don’t ask for extra bacon on your avocado toast cause you’re only going to get 1 piece of not crumbled bacon slapped on it. Make sure you have them repeat your order as you’ll pay for everything you ordered, but you won’t receive it.
10/10 the WORST Dunkin Donuts in the lakes region.
