Was there a month ago, would go everyday for coffee, snack/bacons, avocado toast. The on drive thru piss Poor attitude, like I was bothering her. After each item I heard is that it, highly aggravated she was....so come to window, same nasty attitude, telling me Total, but now I'm getting dirty looks, so I had enough and said to her Are you having a bad day and she yells at me and says are you....I'm looking look I come here everyday, well, she didn't care and then decided to talk to me more nasty and threatened she wasn't taking care of me , then says want me to call cops????? I'm like yeah, she's punching her fist in her hands going off , brings up calling me out if I was gonna call corporate, clearly this girl had been getting away with this a long time all how I was treated and her calling it out to call corporate, basically she's untouchable. Finally a woman comes along and says I'm so sorry gives me stuff. Other girl comes back to window arms folded with a smirk..Long brown hair, ponytail, tats on her arm probably still working there. I just couldn't believe her attitude for no reason. Violent behavior. Terrible experience Never going back. totally capable of spitting in my food. Clearly doesn't make enough money probably ,clearly not even grateful she has a job. Clearly getting away with it. I can't imagine what goes on behind counter with food if some gets away with disrespecting customers as she did, because she was having a bad day.. This is the new world, you spend your money and they are doing YOU a favor attitude.. Disgusting Dunkin

Tried to pick up an order for DoorDash, and some of the staff found it more important to chat about their cats than service their customers. Kind of annoying, had to wait a while

Came there at 8:11 to order 3 drinks and some food, as we pull up she immediately says “be right with you” and then when she did come on, she rushes our order,, and after ordering the first coffee, she says to another employee over the headset “I’m going my break soon so dont go there with me” and then continues our order and cut me off while order to where I didn’t want to order the rest of my order. Definitely set the tone for the day

Slow, the orders are wrong constantly…. Who ever OWNS this needs to get off their A$$ and whip their store into shape. The only upside is the window people are polite.
I needed to use my mobile to go app not realizing that the lobby is closed and I had to wait 25 minutes in line. My food well obviously was stone cold. There were 4 people there I could see through the drive through window. can’t the door be open for mobile orders only.? This is all very bad management and it needs to be fixed .

Still the slowest Dunkin in all of New Hampshire. Unpleasant management company “Cafua” owns and runs this location and is highly profitable yet pays all employees some of the lowest wages in fast food the state has to offer. Parking lot is covered in cigarettes.
