Fantastic! I love lobster and grilled cheeses and was uncertain about how well the two would pair. That concern was not needed. The lobster grilled cheese was absolutely delicious. There was a generous amount of lobster, the cheese was flavorful and the bread brought everything together with the perfect toast texture. Lastly, the sauce was superb.
GREAT niche place to get a quick, delicious bite. The vibe, aura, and cleanliness is as great as their food. I love the "Secret Sauce" which they sell in a small bottle. Curiously though, the bottles only have a label identifying it as "Secret Sauce." I'm pretty sure that that is not quite legal. To sell food products to consumers, state and federal laws require that the product be labeled with it's ingredients and if it's a commercial enterprise...
