I ordered a donut and loaded hash browns and my price went down and I didn’t realize they put normal hash browns, either way we drove off without them… we went back and specifically told my boyfriends mom not to say anything because she is crazy and is known to give people a hard time… she then gave the guy that handed my hash browns to us a hard time and told him “ we already came back so give us the loaded hash browns” he then gave it to us and didn’t charge the extra dollars. I’m so sorry for the hard time and this worker was great

Went this morning at 11 am and the lady at the takeout window was extremely rude and miserable. Was going to order coffee and food and when I ordered my coffees each were repeated incorrectly and she also questioned my order like she would be drinking it herself Absolutely will never go back here.
Do better !
Went to another dunkn right after and they got my order correct and were extremely pleasant !

Everytime we go to the Rindge Dunkin’s this is what our bagels look like. We ask for it to be toasted with extra cream cheese. They are barely toasted and definitely not extra cream cheese. The refresher I get usually doesn’t taste that great. I try to avoid this one if I can.

There was a woman in her late 50s I would think the manager ? High lights hair glasses. My God, there were busy but the way that she behaved with her coworker was dismissal and abusive, like she was dumb to nit find an item in the cashier machine . Then she neither find it. Good relationships are important and the most one is the respect not the aggressive treatment between coworkers.
