The coffee is really good! The staff is really sweet. But they ALWAYS forget something. If I order more than one item I never get the second one. They also make you pay before checking to see if they have everything you ordered, a lot of the time they don’t have it.

Absolute worst costumer service. The black haired woman was extremely disrespectful when we went to order drinks. She gave a loud sigh and made us feel inconvience regardless of us getting three drinks. This employee was mad because she had to wake up this morning and work. Place was a mess and they had no products.

The older blonde woman with no teeth was unnecessarily rude when ordering, was out of everything by 9am and when we simply asked if they had muffins we got attitude and was told to come inside if we wanted a muffin. This place used to have exceptional customer service but the last few time the service has been nothing but instantly negative and uncomfortable. The coffee is great but the employees make you not want to even go there. When we got to the register we were greeted with the wrong order and we got cussed for it as if it was our fault. The slamming of the drive through window is not great and the overall way the employees interact with their customers is distasteful and uncomfortable. If you go here make sure to order your food first or all hell will break loose

URG Collections
BEWARE! This company, along with its owner Rebecca Jameson took financing from us and has refused to repay their legal obligation. They have been avoiding all communication despite our collections efforts. If this is how they do business, I would warn everyone to be very cautious.

Great sandwiches and donuts and the BEST hot brew coffee in town. Ahmad and the Manager have done a terrific job with the staff here, ask any one of the girls. Aroma Joes is still a better option.
