Typical Silk City Diner with standard counter and booth seating with additional table seating in the rear. Very limited but adequate breakfast and lunch menu which ensures your orders will leave the kitchen in record time. Excellent service, good prices and very good food. I didn't order from the breakfast menu but saw several items pass the table; it all appeared to be very creditable New England breakfast fare. Would recommend this breakfast and lunch stop if you find yourself in the area. You can be in, out and on your way in a flash, even if it is very busy.

My wife and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE COMING HERE! We live 2 hours away and we make it an annual destination for breakfast or lunch when we're on our way to Jaffrey to visit a friend of ours. We've been to many diners over the years and the Hometown Diner doesn't disappoint! The staff was very friendly and personable as we entered. It was lunch time and all the booths in the front of the diner were taken but we were immediately offered seats at the counter or a table in a back room .of the diner. We chose the back room. I ordered the turkey dinner from the menu. My wife had an urge for a bacon,lettuce, and tomato sandwich which wasn't on the menu. Our waitress came to take our order and when asked about the possibility of getting a BLT for my wife, she absolutely had no problem in honoring my wife's request! Despite the busy lunch hour, our food was brought to our table within 10-15 minutes which was OUTSTANDING! My turkey dinner was good and very satisfying! My wife enjoyed her BLT as well as the French fries that came with it. We truly enjoyed our "diner" experience... the great staff, the great diner atmosphere and the food! Our waitress went above and beyond in making us feel welcomed and happy with our service and our meals! Although we visit once a year, we truly enjoy this gem of a diner and we're looking forward to our visit next year!

Tasty breakfast bowl at the Hometown Diner in Rindge! Especially liked the shredded potatoes and onions. Would definitely stop in again when in the area

I don't know where they get their bacon but it is amazing, and it's cooked so perfectly. When I walked in and they were two women working and they were so cool and so nice. Why we sat there multiple people came in all of which they knew. Before the customer even comes in they start getting their order ready. It has multiple seating and of course the famous diner counter seats. It's kind of big it looks small but it's not it's huge, there's plenty of parking. I definitely recommend stopping here
