This place used to be my favorite but it has really declined with the new ownership and management. The drinks take forever and they're not good at all. I've waited 25 minutes for one drink before. Also, having talked to all the staff that made it an amazing cafe before, it seems like they have quit due to managers and owners playing favorites and manipulating them.

Took forever to get two drinks and two toasted bagels when we were the only customers. The staff seemed distracted. Our bagels came out cold somehow despite being toasted. Hot cocoa was amazing and the atmosphere is very cool!

I absolutely love this place. I don’t know what they do to make their coffee taste so good but it’s the best I’ve ever had! The food is amazing too! Great breakfast sandwiches and flavored cream cheeses on the bagels!

I just happen to be coming in very late into their service, and rather than denying me, the entire staff excitedly welcomed me in with open arms. They were actively working on a new drink and asked if I wanted to try one, I was so excited that I ended up buying that plus something else! While I was enjoying their lovely new creations, the staff were all incredibly friendly and communicative. I'm not in the area often, but I will definitely make this a return trip should I find myself around again!

The coffee is high quality tea vendors could be changed to mem tea considering they are local and high quality. The owners idea of expanding is would be fine. It would have alot going for it.I admit i tried a toasted bagel it was cheap quality. Food quality could be re adjusted from better vendors to compliment the coffee. like teddy natural peanut butter based from everett instead of Skippy. I know there are sourdough bread sourced from iggys in Cambridge there is A.J. king in Salem ma that have delicious scones, pastries and breads etc. The couple are very peticular about the quality. Youcan always try samples. There is pain da vion from cape cod. Many ideas floating.

A relaxed yet super attentive and very helpful and hospitable Ben and Ruby! Serving up a variety of sumptuous beverages while singing along and engaging in conversation. Rave reviews from all our children. " Best hot chocolate ever" "snow over Mars-Delicious" I'm personally fond of The beekeeper latte.Great times will catch you definitely on the next time through.
