After waiting inside for 15 minutes and being ignored.i decided that I could at least sit in my truck at the drive through and be comfortable. 23 minutes just to place my order. They gave me someone else's order. Never again.
Great experience with the team member right here! They were really fast and nice with me. I would recommend everyone to come over here and take a look. 10/10

The chicken in the ringe KFC was amazing the pieces were large and not greasy, I will never understand why the keene KFC is so terrible and so slow it takes a bit to get to ringe from where I live but it is well worth the trip.

We ordered a 12 piece family meal Plus a chocolate cake and they tried to hand us a Mountain Dew at the window and we were confused and had she said like oh I thought you ordered this. We would've realized that she didn't hear us apparently clearly enough say chocolate cake. We were pulled forward and waited for french friesand then had to turn around and then at the end of it, We never even get the biscuits that come with the meal. Horrible customer service this time around and I will not be back. I was kind of surprised about how horrible this customer service experience was for me and I usually don't leave complaints like this

If I could give no stars I would. The worst customer service ever. Rude employees. An the manager does not know how to manage and is the rudest and swears at customers. Would not recommend and would never go back to this location

Chicken is what it is.. but to come out of there with $60 is alittle rediculous.. whatever happen to the $19,95 family meal where you got a full bucket 4 large side a gallon of tea and a bunt cake. I know prices have all gone up but I'd rather have a nice steak dinner for that price..and it's stupid they have you use the app in order to get specials even tho your literally sitting at their drive thru ordering the same thing..no one has time for that..I miss Bojangles and popeyes..thats for sure..

The size of the chicken tenders and fries are ridiculous the tenders are the size of my fingers the frie box is only 2 inches wasn't even full 4 pc meal was 13,50 not even close to filling me up never again

This is a great KFC. BUT corporate needs to stop shrinking the chicken tenders's. It is ridiculous they are half the size they used to be. Not worth buying
