The food overall is pretty good. I wish they had a few more options on their menu but what they do have is tasty. I had the brisket mac and cheese and the mac and cheese was very smooth and cheesy and the brisket had some good flavor and was overall pretty moist. The workers also always seem fairly nice.

I had driven past this place a week ago and had the chance to stop in for lunch with my wife and we were absolutely floored by the interiors and even more floored by the high quality barbecue and Zen who was running the counter was extremely knowledgeable about the history and how the food is prepared, which was really interesting. Really liked the brisket and the beans. It honestly felt like I had stepped into Texas. Update... I just read one of the other reviews that said that...
