I don't understand why only one person is serving during weekend lunch rush!? The employees are just not trained correctly. I waited over 30 minutes for two subs. I only had one person in front of me. 4 or 5 customers left because the employee on shift had an online order he had to fill. This is unacceptable for "fast food"
I don't know if the employee has I learning disability but he cannot work alone. He literately was complaining about how may order he had to do... I'm not normally a harsh critic, look at my past reviews, but honestly this was the worst service I've ever had at Subway.

I would give a zero star review if possible. It could be that we went here close to 7:00 at night but they close at 10:00pm so there really was no excuse. My sister went in here to order some food and most of the food in their case was soiled looking and gross. When my sister asked for avocado spread there was a hair and she asked if they could not spread that on her wrap they proceeded to take the hair out and put the chunk that had the hair back into the container with the rest of the avocado spread. 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢 needless to say we left and canceled our order I work in food service and three hours before closing is more than enough time to make sure items are still fresh. I’m not one to complain or post reviews unless it’s for good service but I just want people to know maybe only go here in the mornings to early afternoons.

They always have bread!! And frozen drinks! While this shop might lack in speed, it makes up for it with carefully constructed sandwiches and a friendly staff that talk to you like they appreciate you being there. ☆☆☆☆☆

Waited 15-20 minutes for the 1 kid to make a single customers food, was still in process of waiting. Never got to order, very slow, and the kid really shouldn't be working alone. My boyfriend had left the line, and so didn't two others because we all didn't want to wait basically an hour to get food. Places like this should be fast, not working at a snails pace.

Got 2 sandwiches and they were so burnt it was like biting into a hockey puck… are you kidding? You know that the person making this knew that and didn’t care to remake them… this is ridiculous.

I keep on giving them a chance but no more. Every time I go there the spinach is tinged black and very wilted. The employee last time I went response to the horrible spinach was, it happens. He didn't even suggest he would get some fresher spinach. I will go else.

Unfortunately, my experience at the Subway in Rindge, NH was disappointing. The service was slow, and I observed that the staff never changed their gloves, which raised concerns about hygiene. Moreover, my sub sandwich had hair in it, which was quite disgusting. Despite reaching out with a complaint to the national franchise, I never received a response. Additionally, I noticed they've installed a hood over the meat selections, which, obstructs customers from assessing the quality of the products. Will never go back.
