I wish I could rate it less. Why is there only 1 employee? I work close by, and I when I went in, I waited almost 20 minutes for the couple in front of me to get their food, before I could even order myself. Please have more than one person working.

Person working had a horrible attitude asked for steak and cheese the didn’t have the meet so I asked for chicken teriyaki and she didn’t know what the heck she was doing I feel like she needs the proper training to be left alone working.. 5/12/2022 @4:40pm ppl with attitude shouldn’t work with public..

Seems to be a dumping area for crap and they have tables closed off but have seemingly been working in this area for the last year with no progress, they even have an outdoor sign in the sitting area that has needed to be put up for months. The staff is usually attentive, once in a while you will get someone that doesn't know anything and doesn't care, the sode machine isn't working but they will still sell you a soda, etc etc. Nondescript typical subway sandwiches, usually no line, there are a couple of Wal Mart employees that seem to always be in this dining area. Bathrooms are right next to the dining area so that can be really special especially because they are seemingly never cleaned.

NO CONTACTLESS SERVICE. I ordered and paid online with credit card. Paid to have it delivered, and to leave it on my steps. When the delivery person arrived, he wasn't wearing a mask. Then handed me a receipt with a pen and said I needed to sign it.
