I ordered the pasta with meatballs (Rigatoni Con Polpette) - it was Exceptional!! Well served, perfect pasta, delicious meatballs accompanied by a glass of nice red wine... This is my new favorite Italian restaurant.“

“We wanted Italian tonight and was pleased to find Cartellis North End right in Dover. Service was great. You can actually see the kitchen from anywhere you sit. Even though the place is small and noisy, the atmosphere was quaint and the food was delicious. I heard they give large portions, so we ended up each ordering appetizer and splitting an entree but still brought some home. Loved the spinach/artichoke dip. The chicken wings looked delicious but the penne vodka with shrimp dish was wonderful. Thanks for being so close to home and bedtime wishes to expand some day soon.“

“We were greeted by a sweet young woman and promptly seated in corner booth as requested. Our server was delightful and friendly. Food was good and enjoyed by all. We had the meatballs and Caesar salad , and special ravioli with squash and pumpkin and shrimp, delicious. Unfortunately the couple with us ordered Marsala but was brought Parmesan veal, they opted to keep it and said it was good. Love the atmosphere of restaurant and menu options.“
