Went to Chilis today (3/25/24)for lunch. Arrived at 11:30 AM. Ordered drinks and burgers. Went to the men's room. Toilets urine stained, trash overflowing onto floor. Sinks and faucets not cleaned. Floors dirty. On the way back to the bar, noticed food on the floor, floor had food stains. The bar had bits of food on it. The bar equipment appeared like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. About a year ago, I went to this location and had several issues and hadn't been back since. After a positive experience in the Salem NH location, and because I was craving corn on the cob, I decided to give this location another go. Sadly, the bad experience here has turned out to be a trend.
