“First time there. Everyone was really nice. I had a question about which herbs were in the herded airlines. Our server answered but took the time to double check. Food was amazing, service was excellent even though they were really busy. I highly recommend and will be back.
Parking: Downtown Dover parking. We found a space and there is always the garage. Any parking issues are not in any way the fault of the restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Several kids there today. Seemed to be enjoying their food. So very kid friendly“

“I should preface my review with, "I'm not an easy customer, with a fair amount of special requests..." That said, I have to say, Tyler is great at customer service!! I've ordered food here more than a few times, but he's never complained and has actually learned my order!! I am a creature of habit, but this is the only place that has anticipated my order and began cooking it before I have finished placing it! WOW! It's all because of his dedication to excellent customer service. One may have to wait a few minutes, but this is the best BK location I personally have been to and will definitely return thanks to this manager. Thank you Tyler!“

“My family and I stopped in for burgers. On the way out, my 3 year old daughter dropped her milk shake and started to cry. The manger came out and cleaned it right up and had the sweet young ladies at the register make her a new one. Thanks for offering excellent service!“

“Our waitress Savannah made our night amazing. It was my birthday and she made it special. She pulled an April Fools prank and made us laugh. She deserves a promotion and a raise and employee of the month/year/forever. We want to be her friend. I recommend the nachos and daiquiri bucket. But you can’t keep the bucket remember that. 10/10“

“Wow! Just wow with the professionalism and the way they treat others they have zero respect and it definitely caused me to reconsider the entire situation when you see a crew member that you know instigated a huge altercation at work and got fired for it works for Wendy and he's standing there shooting a dirty look at another person who was simply trying to get a job because of customers are female and now he is not the center of attention and you lost both now just can't fathom the thought of how some people are still in business/ literally just can't understand it truly tried calling about payment and what is going on with it and was treated like she will be contacted by/ bbband then my attorney-customer service is not their strong points! Just got disrespected over 2 shirts and a visor that hasn't been touched because they go down to my knees“
