“Though my online order wasn't ready when I walked in, a coffee and some Munchkins, I have to be fair. There are only two staff members, two young girls, and they were working the drive-thru and the counter and were not goofing off. They were hustling! No smiles, but, they were busy. My ☕ coffee was tongue burning hot, which means fresh, but they forgot my munchkins. When I mentioned it, they completed my order.I will come again if I'm in the area. Located next to Frying Pan Lane at the Circle K/Irving.“
“First half of the day, 9 times out of 10, order is correct. The cold brew tastes the best. Customer service is much better than the afternoons.
Second half of the day is the complete opposite. Order is right half the time, cold brew always tastes bad, like it's not brewed correctly. Customer service sucks.“
