“After an afternoon around Portsmouth, I stopped by the Dunkin’ on Islington Street for a dessert donut. At this Dunkin’, the lobby hadn’t re-opened yet as of mid-April 2021. Only the drive-thru was open. At the intercom, I ordered a Double Chocolate Donut. It was 99 cents. With 9% NH Meals tax of 9 cents, the total was $1.08. As expected of Dunkin’, the donut was very good. The icing wasn’t too sweet. The donut was cakey. It had good chocolate flavor. I rate my experience with this Dunkin’ at 4.25. “I have to say I am so impressed at how this Dunkin runs. Ruth and Brittany are right on point with making orders and also making sure the employees are doing their jobs efficiently. They have patience and are always smiling. Big thumbs up to all of you!!!“
“On Saturday (2/3) around 2:30pm, a young lady with blue hair held down the fort. All alone she was very professional and courteous and handling the drive thru and in store orders by herself. I want to praise her and thank for her service. She is a true worker.“
“We stopped at 802 Lafayette Rd in Portsmouth to use the restroom and grab more coffee. We were waiting for the bathroom (Unisex and only one) for what seemed like forever. We finally made it in to see the previous patron was disgusting. He left a mess, a very disgusting one at that. The worker behind the counter took notice that we had been waiting. We were going to leave to go else where when she offered us the use of the employee bathroom. Some might think what's the big deal?Becky went above and beyond and gave me hope that the human species aren't all douche bags. Most employees wouldn't have cared enough to let us use their bathroom. A clean one at that.THANK YOU BECKY! You totally made my day!! I hope the management you work with appreciate your ethic.“
