Dunkin' Donuts in Dover

“Not only a good review for Dunkin's but a thank you for waking me up from my nap. I recently visited on my lunch break and used the app to order a few things people askef me for at work. When you was going to take a little while to make all that stuff so i waited in the car and ended up falling asleep. One of the customers I guess told the manager and she came out and woke me up would you like to make it back to work and finish the day off I was asleep for a good 30 minutes when was a little late back to work but I probably would have slept in a couple hours if not for her so thank you. Nobody knows what's going on in other people's lives and it's nice to see other people not jump to conclusions and can just show some respect to everyone no matter what there situation. Have some heart and she definitely did. Thank you again. Oh yeah and best hot caramel coffee I've had in a long time. They don't hold back on the sugar.“

“Most of the staff here are absolutely amazing. Katelyn and Maddy are absolutely beautiful humans, they are always so kind and sweet.
Of course I have had a few orders messed up, they are all only human of course, and we ALL make mistakes. Some of the people that have made reviews need to come off their high horse, as if you have never screwed up, it happens.
If that happens all you have to do is go in, tell them, ask them to remake it, and they will! And they will do it with a smile and a, “I’m sorry about that”. It happens, grow up.
You are also only telling your side of the situation, if you’re going to give a bad review, be honest all the way around, not just what makes you look good and the store look bad.
Most of the complaints on here are so ridiculous and quite frankly, no fault of the employees. They cannot control the prices, nor can they keep the store spotless when they are having a rush and again, they can not fix your concerns if you do not make them aware of your unhappiness.
Like I said, I have had several orders that were not made to my liking, but that was mostly threw the drive through, I always go in now and I haven’t had an issue and if I do, I will make them aware and they will always fix it. Let’s remember they are human, not robots and they can’t read minds. Great job girls, you are amazing!“

“Very nice Dunkin. I somewhat regularly go there about once a week, and every time I’ve ordered from them it has been a nice, short and straight the point experience. Staff are extremely polite, and food is always out in a timely manner.

I would absolutely recommend this Dunkin, very nice.“

“The Dunkin's on Portland Ave. in Dover, NH, located in Mike's Mobile, had the nicest, sweetest, very professional ladies working this afternoon, September 2nd, around 3pm. I think they both should be commended and given a bonus for going above and beyond. Rare to find employees like them.“
