“Awesome time at Oddball Brewing in Pembroke, NH for a pint & a flight. June 2021 was the last time I was here & the taproom was completely different looking, but the vibe was the same cool fun atmosphere. I remember the previous time I was here you could see the brewing area from inside the taproom. Almost every table was taken up this Sunday afternoon, but my friend & I scooped a open one near the bar as people were leaving luckily. It was great to see them busy & thriving though, I know there was a change a couple years ago, but I can't remember exactly what went down. Let's get to the important part though, the beer. 🍻🍻🔥☘

I started off with a pint of the LITTLE IRISH RED CORVETTE - OFFICIAL Red Ale that was a excellent red ale, a style I've become really fond of lately. My first taster in the flight I scored was the SIREN STOUT ON NITRO - IRISH IMPERIAL - OFFICIAL that was a good slightly above average Imperial. My second taster was the WILLY'S WITBIER - OFFICIAL Wheat Beer, again it was good, but not great. My third 4oz was the GLASS BEACH PALE ALE - OFFICIAL that I thought was really crisp & refreshing for a pale ale. The last taster was the delicious VOW OF SILENCE BELGIAN TRIPEL - OFFICIAL which I had had on my previous visit years ago, but still enjoyed & held up now. 🍻🍺💪💪🔥

All the usual seating options here including tables, hightops & limited bar seating. It was definitely fun to run into & talk to a few friends of the page for sure, makes continuing to work on this worth my time. I didn't get his name, but the beertender was super friendly & gave me a sample of a beer he helped create THREE CHEERS HEFE - ANNIVERSARY BEER - 2025 - OFFICIAL which was really good with subtle banana on the finish. Great brewery, well worth checking out if you haven't been or haven't been in a while like myself, cheers! 🍻🔥☘✌♥️🍺

“My husband took me to Cotton last night for my birthday. The owner was at the host stand and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our server scooter was an absolute sweetheart. She was just the right amount of attentive. Shrimp appetizer was so delicious and our steaks had so much flavor and were cooked to perfection(med-rare) cocktails were great too! Between the amazing meals we had an excellent service I cannot wait to come back here. Thank you so much for such a great birthday experience!”

“I had my son's graduation party yesterday, July 12, 2025. I rented out their space behind the bar at an affordable price. I worked closely with the General Manager, Jamison Colcord. He was wonderful to work with during the planning stage as well as the day of the event. He even got there an hour before the event, so I could put up decorations. The staff members that were assigned to assist my party were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. If I ran out of food, Jamison and the staff did everything they could to get me the additional food I needed for my guests (I had 13 teenagers to feed :). They took care of boxing the leftover food and cleaning the space after the party was over. My friends and family who attended the party said that they didn't know Margarita's rented out space and said the food and the party were wonderful. I would definitely rent the space again for an opportunity to work with Jamison and the staff again at Margarita's on Elm Street in Manchester, NH.”

“We’ve been to the Red Blazer a few times, and it’s always been great. I decided to have my sister’s 40th birthday party here and it was absolutely fantastic! The food and desserts were delicious; the Boston cream cake they made was to die for! The room itself was nice and Tay, Sofia and Ronaldo didn’t miss a beat. “I got the chicken broccoli alfredo over zucchini noodles. I expected something pretty simple, but I was blown away by how tasty it was! My toddler got the chicken tenders and fries. She normally doesn't eat much, but she ate nearly half her chicken tenders. My husband LOVED his burger. He got the Diz burger. He said it was 2 patties plus pulled pork, absolutely delicious and a nice plenty portion. My portion was quite large too. Since breastfeeding, I've been eating a TON and I normally can pack away a whole restaurant meal plus appetizers and dessert. But I took half my meal home to go because it was plenty enough and quite filling (very flavorful!) so I get to enjoy those yummy flavors again for lunch tomorrow. I normally polish off my plates at restaurants these days (even with large portions), so this was either super large or just very filling - which is great cuz I haven't been able to eat enough calories and I'm always hungry these days, but I don't need a post dinner before bed snack tonight.”

The only disappointment about the whole place is that when they first opened is they had nice sturdy pizza boxes with their logo and last time I went the pizza boxes were quite flimsy and had no real curb appeal. If you have a quality product like they definitely do , it should be presented in a quality way .”
