Have been here twice, first time was good. Went back with my friend and we got general tso chicken and I bit into it and it was FULLY raw, slimey and pink. I already had a bunch without realizing it too. So gross. Our waiter took the chicken off the bill, but really shoulda been the whole meal at that point since I left sick ?

2nd time eating Green Ginger. First time takeout... perfect and delicious. This time we ate in. Our waitress was lovely and on the ball. We all enjoyed our luncheon. Waitress even helped my MIL who has trouble getting up.We will be back!

My 2 children, ages 1 & 4, got food poisoning after having their chicken fingers. No one else in our home ate the chicken fingers. About 3 hours after consuming with nothing else to eat after they started throwing up, within 15 minutes of each other, and it’s now been over 12 hours of them throwing up with just water and pedialyte. I called them to tell them about it, and the “manager” argued with me and tried to tell me it wasn’t food poisoning and it had to be something else and it wasn’t possible. Was even very argumentative saying there had to be another explanation. NO. It is food poisoning, then told me I needed to take my children to the dr to know for sure, even though I have already called my children’s dr, and that’s what she had determined. They just didn’t want to hear anything I was saying, and they were completely unprofessional. My children are sick, and their food is the reason, and they didn’t even offer an apology.

I have good service and fast service on food feeling it is prepared ahead of time because it doesn't come out of the kitchen steaming or hot. Crab raggon was not crispy, a little chewy! If hotter; the food would be so much better and Crisper!

Just got home with a $100+ order short the wonton soup. When the person checking your order reads what you are getting I don't want to show my doubt by picking apart a large bag but I guess I should. Spoiler, not the first time. Getting in touch by phone to have them attempt to rectify on New Year's eve? Forget it!!
