An experience that was at first not the greatest BUT the owner/leasee of this establishment QUICKLY remedied our unfortunate situation. This is something that meant more to us than the original issue at hand. Someone actually CARED about our experience and didn't chalk it up to just being a negative rating. The food was great and we will definitely return next year!Thank you for your consideration and prompt response time. This is almost unheard of these days.

We enjoy Jersey Mike's subs. However, every time we place an online order, it's incorrect. It's as if the notes in the online order are ignored. If you ask for the sauce on the side it's either on it or not and no side. Often Mayo is on it despite the order showing no Mayo. Also why ask who each sub if for if it's never written on the bags? It's always a nice not to have to paw thru everyone's bag and be able to see who's who's by the name on the bag, but this step is usually not done.

Super subs! Absolutely packed with exceptional content. Meat is sliced while you watch. Every member of the team is friendly. I go to a sub so atmosphere is not important… not to say there’s anything wrong here.

We came on Black Friday while we were out shopping. They were extremely short staffed for the amount of customers but the three associates that were here kept their cool and were getting people out left and right! The associates were all very nice. Between a massive order and online orders, they still were very nice to everyone coming in. Food was excellent as always!!

Coming from ny we have some great deli’s. And I’ve been to a lot of Jersey Mike’s. This has to be the worst they can’t even cut the bread straight they start at one end by the time the knife gets to the other end they’re cutting on such a angle they are at the crust of the bread.so one side has no bottom and the hero is falling apart. Corporate should get on line and watch them ruin every piece of bread. Sadly I live near by but I will never go there again take it home and nothing but slop.
