“Hubby & I tried The Hungry Diner for the first time on Valentine’s Day! The place was busy as we had expected, however we were greeted right away with a smile and welcome! She asked if we had been there before, gave us a run down of the menus and drink selections, how to order, be seated and served. The restaurant was so beautiful, well designed and very appropriate for the theme. We were amazed at how well everyone worked together so smoothly and happily! The milkshakes came out first and very quickly, truly so creamy!! Our food came out within 15 minutes, hot and fresh! My husband got the Hungry Mac & Cheese with Bacon, and I got the Hungry Chickenwich with Hungry Fries, neither of us were disappointed in any way! He needed a box for half of his dinner because it was so filling! He said the bacon was so fresh and thick cut, and the Mac n cheese was so creamy and rich! The chicken in the chickenwich was so juicy and cooked perfectly with crispy edges! The hungry fries are to die for, reminded me of fair fries! Highly recommend and we will be going back!! Side note, big shout out to a few employees who made our stay exceptional and/or we noticed going above and beyond: (apologies for not knowing anyone’s names) -one of the cooks wearing a beanie with pigtail braids: we watched her ensuring food went out looking perfect, if it was less than that or needed finishing touches she added it with such finesse and a smile! -the woman who greeted us (possibly an owner or manager): fantastic at her job, friendly, energetic, very welcoming and comforting (almost a motherly feeling), and extremely knowledgeable of the menu and drinks! She checked in with us a few times and asked our opinion! -the man wearing a hat (also possibly an owner or manager): my husband and I watched this man work so hard the entire time we were there! He was doing a little bit of everything, from bringing food to tables, to picking up dirty dishes, to observing the room to make sure everything was orderly! Everyone was friendly, smiling and hardworking! ☺️“

“I ordered food for a party I was having this past weekend and the food was amazing! The portions were fantastic (had more then enough), all containers were labeled,they provided serving utensils and it was all boxed and ready to go when I got there! They also helped me load it all into my car. So impressed with everything and will definitely be ordering from them in the future for any other gatherings that come up!“

The truffle Parmesan fries were absolute perfection, and don’t even get me started on the coleslaw. Everyone claims to have good coleslaw, but it usually tastes like sadness and dishwater — not here! This was actually fire coleslaw, even for people who don’t normally like it.

K Money was super attentive, and it’s clear the owners are true jacks of all trades — making sure every guest leaves with full bellies and full smiles. The owners are some of the nicest humans you’ll meet; you can tell they pour their heart into every detail. Plus, the place has such a cool vibe with its old-bank vault and decor. I’m already excited to go back and see what new menu items they come up with and what creative touches they bring to the space. At this point, I can’t wait until he runs for president — he already has my vote. Live, laugh, love — and eat this chicken sandwich.“

“The food at India masala house is authentic and delicious. We get the butter chicken each time we visit! We visit every year to go skiiing to Mt. Snow and stay in Brattleboro. Dining here is a must everytime we come to Vermont. I highly recommend it.“
