Large chunks of lobster, haddock, shrimp and scallops and no potatoes! Amazingly delicious, truly the best seafood stew I’ve ever tasted. Looking forward to going back sometime soon. Burnt Timber Brewing is a hidden gem in Wolfeboro! The cozy, rustic atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to relax. Their selection of beers is fantastic—each one crafted with care. I loved the Busty Blonde and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
The food paired wonderfully with the drinks, and I couldn't get enough of the HUGE brisket nachos. The outdoor seating and live music added to the delightful experience.
I highly recommend Burnt Timber Brewing for anyone looking for great beer and a fun time. I can’t wait to return! Cheers! 🍻🌲”

Been wanting to try this place for a little while because I love a good pretzel and cheese dip, but when I learned the bagels were made fresh I had to grab one of those too, with garlic and herb cream cheese. Our group also got a strawberry lemonade, blueberry lemonade, a plain lemonade, and a cinnamon pretzel with icing. Everything was fantastic, but the bagel was the unexpected favorite. We can’t wait to come back for another!”

“They are now making the best thin crust pizza anywhere. But if you want a classic toasted Italian sub, don't order it here. Maybe they grew up in someplace other than the east coast, but even with coaching, they don't know what "toasted" is, where the bun gets a bit crunchy, the cheese is well melted and the meat is hot and losing its juices to the bun. Like another poster described, very much like a Market Basket sandwich.”
