I've enjoyed Peaks food truck a few times. Each time the food has been delicious. The Tokyo Street fries have always been great. I only wish they came to the Tilton area more often.
My kids and I just had PEAKS food for the first time. It was delicious! So fresh and flavorful. We had the bao buns, the lumpia, and the Vietnamese noodle bowl. All amazing. Definitely will come again!
Got to try peaks food truck during the 4th of July and I will say they are absolutely amazing! The staff was top notch very friendly and handled the overwhelming crowd fast getting food out with little wait.The food its self is super unique, stuff your not going to find just anywhere with a pretty decent selection. we got the crab rangoon nachos and Tokyo waffles fries. Both dishes were delicious and you get alot of food with it. unfortunately we didn't get to try the shaved ice...read full review
