“It's a really nice, new, and clean location. The service was great. Friendly staff that prepared the food in a timely manner. The food was well made and looked amazing. Fries were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. Burger buns were fresh and tasty. Burger toppings were tasty as well ( lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, and house sauce). My only area where I can see room for improvement is the Burger patty. It can be a little chewy and rough in spots. The location is hard to find. Not on a main street and not visible from a main street. If word of mouth hasn't got to you about this place, you may never know about it.“

“So me and my wife never had halal food. We ordered the hot spot platter and we were Blown away they serve you a generous amount of food which is worth the money. They also have sides you can choose to add on like jalapeños and and pickles etc. Everything is fresh like if it was just cut and pickled right then and there I couldn't believe that a small jalapeños piece had so much flavor to it. “I came in for The Big Meal Deal the other night. I was seated in no time at all with a great view of the big screen TV. Minutes later a young lady named Maddy came over and introduced herself and asked if I would like to order a beverage. I ordered my beverage and my meal at the same time . Maddy then inquired if I would be interested in an appetizer. I do like buffalo wings so I ordered them as a starter. My beverage was delivered to my table very quickly by Maddy. She returned with the buffalo wings at almost an unbelievable short wait, I was offered ranch and bleu cheese for dipping and wet naps and napkins for my hands. To my surprise my bacon cheese burger came out exactly as ordered medium rare. (Nice Tender And Juicy) I expect to return to the Middletown Applebee`s in the very near future. I will be asking to be seated in Maddy`s section and I suggest you do the same. Maddy is very professional and treats you with a fun, friendly, attentive and respectful personality !!!“

They have 2 types of ketchup: regular and jalapenos. The small fry is very filling for me. I was debating between a regular and small and decided with the small.

“I placed my order through the newly downloaded Shake Shack app, opting for their famous ShackBurger, fries, and a milkshake, vanilla & chocolate shake. It should be noted that they do not offer any "value meals" as the fries come separately. Once you place your order, the app tells you exactly when to expect it. If you order via the in-store kiosk, you have the option to dine in or take out, but the app only allows takeout.

The ShackBurger was good. It came loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a delicious sauce, all sandwiched in a potato bun. The Shack burger was odd because the meat was warm, but the bun was a little cold. I didn't care for the fries because they were not as warm as I would have liked. The star of the meal was their milkshake; it was incredibly thick, so much so that I had to grab a spoon because it was nearly impossible to drink through a straw. Rich, creamy, and indulgent, it was the perfect treat.

Madison, a friendly employee, was busy delivering orders and opening doors for customers. Other staff members also kept busy, wiping down tables after customers left to ensure everything was neat and clean.“

Food is very good. The eating area is shared by a bar so that it could get a little loud. But these are all good. Hard-working local people. No woke here. All good hard-working red blooded Americans. Service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance cuz it's just in a little shopping mall. I'll definitely be coming back.“

He helped me out with choosing what to eat as he recommended me to get the wonton tacos and I really enjoyed the sauce on them, they were really good! “This new space is definitely not like the old space. Modern space with nice decor. I chuckled at the light jazz playing on the speakers as that is so not what the old space was like.
The staff was very bubbly, polite, efficient, and attentive.
The food was okay. Typical order of a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The only issue is that the pepper was in only one spot such that one bite had all that packed pepper, and that's just sloppy prep by the cooks.
Cute space. Fully wheelchair accessible from the rear entrance off New Street. Restrooms are clean enough and accessible.
Would I recommend? Good question. If the bagel place by the krausers on 35 has no parking, then this place is a good backup.“

Since it was a 21st Birthday, I wanted to keep it casual and wanted food that my son enjoys when hanhing out. Jose was accommodating and I ordered all different appetizers as the meal. We had plenty of food and it came out all night long as discussed just needed a little bread in between (lol) and we even had leftovers to take home as well. Bartender was nice and attentive. Beer on tap was good, can't go wrong with a Guinness. Didn't personally care for the DJ playing "music" during commercials and halftime but didn't ruin the experience. Other than the drunk girl who was fairly promptly escorts out for adamantly asking strangers to buy her a drink the whole experience was quite pleasant.“
