Pat and his team are great. I don't know why it took so long to review lol. This is the closest Starbucks to my house. I always get great service and a smile going in or at the drive thru. They are engaging and interactive. This is the way Starbucks should be at all locations. They all used to be. They will hand you your drinks and tell a joke along the way. Interior is spacious and very clean because of course it is brand new. The ordering process is awful....still had to park and go in and repeat the order. Drive thru is useless unless they get organized. Staff was friendly but seemed not well trained. Too bad because it could be a nice place
Coffee is fine. But dear God either order ahead of time or don't go there in a rush. No exaggeration took 10 minutes for 1 car to move in the drive through. 1 car. Took 25 min all together and there was only like 5 cars ahead of me. Hopefully it gets better.
