“Ellie's Speedway's All Star Bagel Shop & Charleston Coffee House is the best place in all of Central NJ. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years & not only do they make the greatest breakfast sandwiches we've ever had, but they have an amazing staff. Their sandwiches & cold brew beat any other shop around by far. They load you up on bacon & always have the freshest bagels you've ever tasted. The staff is the sweetest & will always remember you, and the atmosphere is always homey. Can't speak highly enough!“

“Truly the best pie in NJ and the best pie I've ever had! I absolutely love going to the pie shop, so beautifully decorated, welcoming and full of warmth. Chelsea is so dedicated to her craft and the staff is also so kind and caring. I've loved everything that I tried especially the galettes, passionfruit pie, chamomile pie, suntea pie, mango cream (yum!) pie, blueberry crumble, strawberry rhubarb, the turmeric blondie, the saffron orange bundt cake and so much more! Chelsea also supports local businesses, purchasing high quality seasonal ingredients. I also love their new sandwiches and appreciate so much the vegetarian options. The focaccia bread is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! It is also heartwarming to see the patronage of the Hightstown Police enjoying pies with all of us. Thank you for all you do to build community around food Chelsea <3“

“I've driven past this place plenty of times but only recently did I discover it. After seeing the reviews and all the critical acclaim, I decided to go ahead and see what the hype was about, and I was not disappointed. This is honestly a fantastic, lowkey, hidden gem of a coffee shop in the Princeton area. It was quiet, not busy at all, and the barista was super sweet and hospitable! There's plenty of good options of coffee to choose from, as well as tea, acai, and other snacks. I got the Hot Spicy Maya Mocha, and it was great. A super nice blend of coffee, chocolate, and creaminess. Every sip was blissful and delicious! Most coffee is just okay, but this coffee truly made my soul feel warm and cozy. I'm definitely coming back more times in the future! People who live in the neighborhood/community that this coffee shop is located in are really lucky to be walking distance from what is probably the best coffee I've had in Princeton! If you ever frequent Princeton Junction, or regularly commute to the train station, I highly recommend you stop by!“

“I don’t know how I missed this in the past. It was a terrific “find“ for me. There were all kinds of eclectic choices. I chose the Big Easy Benedict, and it certainly did not disappoint. The coffee was excellent ( French press) and I had a kale juice on the side, which I usually never do but did enjoy. I’ll certainly go back. The only knock is that service is slow. I had to wait to be seated when there were at least seven or eight open seats, and I had an unnecessarily long wait for my check. When I left, there was another lineup for people coming in when seats were available. That said, though, I am pretty sure those are kinks that will be ironed out. It is a “go to” place and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.“

“Panera offers a mix of experiences—sometimes the food is warm, fresh, and satisfying, but other times, key sides or condiments are missing, which can be frustrating. Their handcrafted drinks are enjoyable, but the volume can be inconsistent from visit to visit. However, one strong point is their customer service, which is generally helpful and quick to resolve any issues. When everything comes together, it’s a great experience, but inconsistency can make it hit or miss.“

“I have eaten Panera countless times, but today, I had the best salad of my entire life. No exaggeration. Whoever made this masterpiece of flavors and textures deserves a raise, a trophy, and a lifetime supply of accolades. I couldn’t just enjoy my meal and walk away in silence—I had to go up to the front desk and let them know.

When I told the cashier how incredible my salad was, she smiled and said, “the guy who made it is new.” Well, let me tell you something—Avery may be new, but he is destined for greatness. This salad wasn’t just food; it was a carefully orchestrated symphony of flavors. Every ingredient was perfectly balanced, the portions were spot on, and it felt like every bite was made with intention. This wasn’t just someone tossing things together—it was someone who cares about the experience they’re creating.

Panera, if you’re listening: KEEP AVERY. Protect him at all costs. Give him the credit he deserves because talent like this doesn’t come around often.

If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should order a salad from this Panera—first ask if Avery is on the line, if he is— you’re in for something special.“
