My husband and I eat here very often. The staff has always been great, helpful, and courteous. The bakery items have always been fresh and very good. I must say that the sandwiches have been better than they used to be. Consistantly more chicken than in the past. I also like that you can customize and swap and add things to your sandwich without a charge. Im always changing my cheese, spread, and adding tomatoes and green. Coffee is great. If you want a great Panera Bread experience, then this is a great place to go! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home! Though the music did not match the atmosphere, there were still a lot of places to sit. Person at the register, friendly enough. But, she made me feel very rushed. There was one person behind me on line who hadn't decided what they wanted to get yet either. She made me feel as if I was holding up a very long line. She actually startled me when she told me to move out of the way for the next person online. I guess it could have been a better experience. But it is what it is!
