OMG. I tried Phil’s MULTIPLE times over the years and was so disappointed. My BF stopped on Thursday and brought me the most AMAZING PUPUSAS 🤤. And MAGICAL PLANTAIN EMPANADAS. I would have never tried it because I really didn’t like one thing any of the times I went before. I will DEFINITELY be going back. A LOT. This is a good and bad thing. Did I mention PUPUSAS??????!
Had eggplant parm w spaghetti. Huge portion. Delicious! Will be back
