Under new ownership but the food is still very good. They've also added items to the menu like fried calamari and bang bang shrimp. Glad to see the quality hasn't gone down at all!
Yummy!! My first time ordering, worked a longer than normal day and was starving! Ordered the BangBang chicken wrap w fries. No ketchup or dip needed. So yummy and quick! My new go to!

I didn't know old Phil, today was my first time there. For lunch I had the beef tacos, they were the best I've ever had. So I figured for dinner I would get the chorizo tacos. I now stand corrected, these are the best tacos I've ever had. Phil's looks like a little hole in the wall out in the middle of nowhere but their food is awesome.... When in Rome do as the Romans if you know what I mean (Read between the lines) you won't be disappointed.... I will be returning
