“My favorite Thai restaurant ever! The atmosphere is enchanting. You feel like you're walking into a tropical rainforest. The calamari was the best I've ever had. It was tender and not over seasoned so I could taste the calamari instead of a lot of spice. The Masaman Curry was delicious! Very generous portion. I took half home to enjoy tomorrow. The servers were attentive and courteous. Overall a superb experience.“

“Be warned, portions aren’t exactly big and the place is expensive but the food is good. Really nice bar and a cool interior. I think the standout here are the cocktails. They have very good bartenders because they’re the best I’ve had in Easton to this point. Service is good, all servers are very attentive but not all over you.“

“I’ve been to Las Delicias de Colombia Restaurant several times, and it has become my favorite place in the neighborhood. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and authentic, and the service is friendly and welcoming every time I visit.
I’ve seen some people complain about the prices, but honestly, everything costs more these days. Quality ingredients and great service aren’t free. If you’re looking for delicious Colombian food and a great dining experience, it’s worth every penny. If you don’t want to pay restaurant prices, then cook at home.
I highly recommend Las Delicias de Colombia to anyone looking for amazing food and excellent service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!“

“daddys place is so freaking good. we took a cpl of family members from nys who are experienced with Mediterranean food. they were blown away. gave it a 10 out of 10 and was one of the gest dining experiences they ever had. we got the meal for 4 which was 3 courses. so much high quality food. the humus is incredible!! “My in-laws Jeannette and John Smoll used to go there at least monthly back in the early 90’s. They got to know the owners and became good friends, so much so that my wife and I were married at Christ Luthern Church a few doors away just so we could all walk over to the Springtown Inn afterwards for our reception dinner. The food and atmosphere were just perfect. We completely forgot to get a cake so they baked one right on the spot. There’s much more to the story, but they made our wedding day a most cherished memory. In fact, today is our 34th wedding anniversary, July 27, 1991. We don’t live in the area so I was very happy to see that you are still in business after all these years. I hope we can get back there one day!“

“I completely forgot to take some food photos 😕 I will say the onion soup not only looked amazing it tasted wonderful! The steak was cooked perfect, the shrimp were great and the corn on the cob was fantastic! The restaurant was pretty busy but that didn’t seem to affect the service! Great service all the way around! The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice, it was a bit loud to me but that was only due to the chatter of so many customers. I hope to be back soon and thanks for a great experience!“
