Visited Cardinal for a late breakfast while on vacation. The atmosphere is nice, it is a modern diner feel. Our waiter Oshane was very kind and held conversations with our table throughout the meal. The menu was different, but had good options and the table consensus was that the coffee was amazing. Only problems with the meal was that they don’t carry Diet Coke for some reason which is unusual, and my breakfast burrito had one side entirely consisting of scrambled egg...
We came on here on a Sunday after 4th of July only had to wait about 20 minutes. The food was well worth the wait. I ordered the make your own plate with eggs potatoes bacon and marinated greens, the kale was incredible, seasoning on everything was incredible. My partner got the yogurt bowl and loved it! The cold brew was yummy too!

The Tomato Toast with kewpie mayo, heirloom tomato, and habanero salt was proof that simple ingredients can be seriously delicious.
The Cacio e Pepe Scrambled Eggs loaded with pecorino and parmigiano, served with arugula salad, breakfast sausage, cracked pepper, and garlic toast. The portion was HUGE and easily enough for two to share!
