Chef's skill & talent is obvious in every aspect of the food he prepares. Ingredients are so fresh, he balances textures, spices and flavors resulting in beautifully plated, well composed dishes. This was not out first Chef Collins dinner & once again he did not disappoint.
I went to a PIG ROAST event, That CHEF Collins hosted. It was so amazing best pig I ever had Every part of the pig had a different style of seasoning. I don’t love vegetables but man he even made vegetables that just popped. I was talking to him after about doing an event myself. I told him a few different themes I was thinking for the outing . I do think I bring the nicest people to events who really want to go above and beyond to make people happy 😊 I had to real in my bartender who wanted to offer any drink but first person wanted a dirty martini but there were no olives in the rental so had to remind to set expectations it’s why they stocked the bar for us with what they had. Moral of the story is please read the reviews of people who actually attended a event. (No offense middle America)
