We recently hosted our third Dinner Party for 10-12 quests at our home with Chef Matt Collins and his staff. The entire experience each time has been completely amazing and our guests have always raved about the food and the total culinary experience. Chef Collin's passion for food and unique quisine is apparant in each serving he creates and presents. I don't have to do a thing, so it is such a treat to be able to enjoy your own party. We hope our children continue to gift us this wonderful experience each and every Christmas!

I must say Chef Collins Events was by far second to none. I have been to a few in home Dinner parties and never had food, quality and attention to details as Chef Matt. From the moment I booked Matt until the end of the event he was outstanding, spotless and very hospitable. Communicated with me every step of the way, was very flexible and came back with recommendations based on season and guest of honors likes. I had the opportunity to sample some incredible and delicious dishes by Cheff Collins during his stay in France in 2015. Beyond the high gastronomic and aesthetic quality, the character is fascinating and colorful! 100% recommended!

My son, who loves food experiences, was turning 40, and I searched for an experience for his birthday that would be a surprise and more fun than just going to a restaurant, My research led me to Chef Matt Collins, and am so glad it did. He customized and prepared a delicious and unique 5-course dinner for my family. We all had a memorable and fantastic time, not only because of the great food, but also because Matt is so engaging and fun. His server Wendy was a delight also. When the meal was done and I entered the kitchen it was spotless. I highly recommend Matt if you are looking for a creative and special experience.

Chef's skill & talent is obvious in every aspect of the food he prepares. Ingredients are so fresh, he balances textures, spices and flavors resulting in beautifully plated, well composed dishes. This was not out first Chef Collins dinner & once again he did not disappoint.

Look up Chef Collins on Yelp and Facebook. My friend booked him for a family party in 2022. He kicked her dog when it walked past him in the kitchen and he was completely unapologetic and arrogant about it. I would be wary of inviting someone like that into my home. Safety first!

I went to a PIG ROAST event, That CHEF Collins hosted. It was so amazing best pig I ever had Every part of the pig had a different style of seasoning. I don’t love vegetables but man he even made vegetables that just popped. I was talking to him after about doing an event myself. I told him a few different themes I was thinking for the outing . And man oh man. He gave me menu ideas for each theme. It was not usual stuff. Very unique. I mean I didn’t feel like I was talking to a regular. Chef. It felt more like I was talking to a Master Chef. So yeah I recommend him very highly.!
