Chef Collins was delightful. From his early arrival to his meticulous clean up, everything was exceptional. He prepared a menu that was customized to our likes. From the appetizers to the dessert everything was delicious. We highly recommend Chef Collins for any type of gathering, from a quiet special dinner for two to a loud family festive affair. We will definitely have Chef Collins back at our house again.
Chef Matt has been a long standing friend of mine. He puts intention into all of his work and it shows. I probably owe him more then this review. The creamy rabbit stew he let me try in his families kitchen over 10 years ago may have been the exact thing that made me want to become a chef.
Matt is a hard working chef and we would all be so lucky to eat anything he makes.

Amazing service! The food was INCREDIBLE! Matt takes his craft very seriously and is determined to give you a peak culinary experience ! If I had the money I would hire this guy full time!
