I don't think there's another ice cream place quite like this one. For starters, half of their ice creams are vegan, and they use all different types of non-dairy bases instead of just sticking to one. They nail all of the classic flavors while also coming up with super unique ones that you'll never see anywhere else. I don't know who thought of combining spirulina, SVG seamoss, blackstrap molasses, and sea salt to make a coconut-milk based ice cream, but they're a true culinary genius and Cookman deserves like five Michelin stars for that flavor alone. Yes, I know three is the maximum number of Michelin stars an establishment can get, I said what I said. They're also super accommodating. They're making me a pint of one of their limited run flavors for my husband to grab for me.

Excellent assortment of flavors. The Banana Nutella and Pistachio Black Cherry are worth several visits while you’re in town! People are really nice as well. Highly recommend.

Not only do they have great selection of regular ice cream but also vegan ice cream! And as someone that sadly is lactose intolerant it was perfect. The vegan ice cream taste exactly like reg ice cream! The matcha was amazing!

this is a most do when I go to Asbury! such a good choice of flavors,, dariy and non dairy. little hole in the wall that i found a few years ago, and glad i did! little far from the beach but worth the walk for sure. never disappointed!
