I had a great solo dining experience at Palmetto. Michelle, my server, was attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my meal, checking in regularly without being overbearing. I also met Taryn, the new assistant manager, who was kind, helpful, and genuinely funny, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.
